ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THESE “TERMS”) IS A CONDITION OF YOUR ACCESS TO, PARTICIPATION IN AND USE OF TORILO ACADEMY SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW).
This is a Binding Agreement. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Torilo Academy. As used in these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Torilo Academy” means the applicableTorilo Academy Contracting Party (as defined below). “You” and “users” shall mean any participant in or user of Torilo Academy Services. You confirm your acceptance of these Terms each time you access or use any Torilo Academy Services.
If you do not accept these Terms, you are not lawfully permitted or authorised to use or participate in Torilo Academy Services and you are not entitled to use them. To the extent there are any additional contractual documents or terms entered into by you in respect of Torilo Academy Services. do not use the Torilo Academy Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent and agree that you possess the legal consent of your parent or guardian to access and use the General Assembly Service.
Revisions to Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revise these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, by posting an updated version. Changes to these Terms will be effective when posted. If you object to any changes to these Terms, your sole recourse will be to stop using the Torilo Academy Service.

the services that may be offered during training;
the information provided in the sites;
and the ability to register into our database, receive newsletters and promotional emails;

By taking any one of our courses, the student acknowledges that he/ she has read, understood and expressly agrees to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein and all applicable laws and regulations governing our academy.
These Terms and Conditions shall supersede all terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions have been signed by Torilo Academy (“Torilo Academy” “we” or “us”).
Decagon reserves the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon taking any of our courses. A violation of these Terms and Conditions, shall lead to a termination of the users access to the academy and/or appropriate legal action against the user by Torilo Academy.
Copyright and Trademark Notice
The contents of all material available on our Sites and in the academy are copyrighted by Torilo Academy unless otherwise indicated. All rights are reserved and content may not be reproduced, downloaded, disseminated, or transferred, in any form or by any means, except with the prior written consent of Torilo Academy or as indicated below:
Permitted Use:
- The user may download pages or other content for personal use on a single computer, but no part of such content may be otherwise or subsequently reproduced, downloaded, disseminated, or transferred, in any form or by any means, except with the prior written consent of, and with express attribution to, Torilo Academy.
- The user agrees that he/she shall only be authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of the Site/in the academy for personal use, and that he/she shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on the Sites for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Torilo Academy to do so.
- The user also agrees not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by us to do so.
General Legal Notice and Liability Disclaimer
General. These Terms and any additional written agreements or terms agreed between Torilo Academy and you regarding your purchase and use of Torilo Academy Services constitutes the entire agreement between you and Torilo Academy concerning your use of Torilo Academy Services. Torilo Academy’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and all related documents be drawn up in English
- Torilo Academy shall make reasonable effort to present accurate and reliable information only on its Sites/in the academy, however Torilo Academy does not endorse, approve or certify such information, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of such information. Therefore, the use of such information is voluntary, and reliance on it should only be undertaken after an independent review by qualified experts.
- Reference herein to any specific commercial product, process or service does not constitute or imply endorsement, recommendation or favoring by Torilo Academy.Torilo Academy does not endorse, approve, certify, or control these external sites and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of information located at such sites. OVERVIEW
Torilo Academy collects the e-mail addresses of people who send us e-mails. We also collect information about what pages visitors to our website access and information provided to us by site visitors, prospective clients, subscribers, and students who register with us and participate in our programs. Torilo Academy may also collect information about you as part of the sales, marketing, and customer relationship process. Torilo Academy may record telephone calls with you for sales, marketing and customer relationship purposes as well as quality control, training, supervision, and improving our products, services and business processes. This information may contain personal data about our prospective and active customers such as address, phone numbers, credit card numbers, and demographic information that they provide to us. We also host and process the User Data you submit to the Torilo Academy service under your Torilo Academy account In sum we collect two types of data: (1) customer registration and payment data used to set up and manage your account, course registration and participation, and payments; (2) course and student work product and material you submit such as assignments, questions, and dialogue with us about courses and instruction.
Torilo Academy protects credit card information. We will not disclose personal information without your written permission. Some information collected we obtain about you is in the context of us providing our services to you. We do not share, sell, or rent the information we receive with others except in limited circumstances where your use of Torilo Academy indicates valid consent to disclose. For example
- Torilo Academy may disclose personal information to investigate, prevent, or take action about actual or suspected illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations that may involve potential threats to the physical safety of someone, violations of Torilo Academy’s terms and conditions, or as otherwise required by law.

When you register for Torilo Academy we ask for information that may include your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information, and perhaps some demographic information. Torilo Academy uses the information we collect for these general purposes: to provide and support products and services including course instruction, billing, identification and authentication, security purposes, product and service improvement, contact, research, and follow-up sales and marketing.
SECURITY
The security of your personal information and data that you store on our service is important to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method is entirely secure. While we endeavor to use commercially acceptable practices and standards to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DISCLOSURE
Torilo Academy may from time to time use third party service providers to provide certain services to you and we may share personal information with such service providers under confidentiality and in a manner that corresponds to our obligations under this Privacy Policy.
Torilo Academy may disclose Personal Information under special circumstances, such as to comply with court orders requiring us to do so or to others when your actions violate the Terms of Use applicable to Torilo Academy and we need to take steps to enforce our Terms of Use. We do not sell, rent, loan or otherwise transfer Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services unless you provide your consent to that
CLIENT DATA STORAGE
Torilo Academy uses third-party data storage services that use industry-standard security to store personal information including User Data that you submit to our service. Torilo Academy does not claim any ownership or right to use your Personal Information or User Data and you retain all rights to your data except as provided for in our standard Terms and Conditions
GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND REMARKETING, WEBSITE METRICS AND ANALYTICS
We may use a service from Google called Google Analytics (GA) or similar services from other service providers, which permit us to reach people who have visited our site previously, and display to them relevant advertisements when they visit other sites across the Internet that belong to the Google Display Network. This is called ‘remarketing’.
We may use similar analytic tools for Torilo Academy products and services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Duration of a class.
Our class duration varies per course. The least duration for training is 6 weeks, whereas some others last up to 16 weeks. Your choice of course will determine how long your classes will last for.
Average communication time in the case a class needs to be moved.
There may be times when we may have to either move classes or cancel classes. Times, when we may move classes, are:
- Sudden illness of a tutor
- Government policies restricting movement
- Unrest around the facility
In cases where we have to postpone the classes, students will be given prior notice so they can be aware.
Refund Policy: Please note: fees paid to Torilo Academy are non-refundable after five (5) working days of payment.

What we provide: In order to aid proper learning, we provide a conducive learning environment for our students where learning can be comfortable & fun. We also make available a reliable and stable internet that ensures smooth learning. We equally certify our students following the successful completion of their training.
Payment period: We accept payment in installments for students who are unable to make full payment before their classes begin. However, we maintain a strict payment policy and expect not less than 50% deposit before you can join a class.
